Ingredients
- 2 tomatillos, husked, washed and quartered
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. diced jalapeno, canned
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 C. balsamic vinagrette

Preparation
Step 1
In blender pulse tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice and sugar. Pulse until well blended. Pour in jar and add balsamic vinagrette. Shake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
