  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 19 oz. Cool Whip and spread mixture on cake
  • two cans crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix. Bake in large pan so the cake is one inch high.
1 package vanilla instant pudding and 1 cup milk. Mix until thick.
Soften one package of 8 oz. cream cheese. Whip with mixer to get it nice and creamy. Add pudding arid mix well. Fold in 19 oz. Cool Whip and spread mixture on cake.
Drain two number two cans crushed pineapple well.
Squeeze well. Sprinkle on top of filling, then add coconut and crushed nuts over top.
