Spinach Squares

Ingredients

• 2 10oz boxes frozen, chopped spinach
• 1 cup bisquick mix
• 1 med onion
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
• salt + pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook + drain spinach.
Chop onion finely.
Grate Mozzarella.
In a bowl, combine ingred.
Grease 9x13 + add mixture
30 min @ 350°
