Ingredients
- 1 bunch Broccoli (or 2 Crowns), Cut Into Florets
- 2 whole Bell Peppers, Cored And Chopped (I Used 1 Red, 1 Yellow)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper

Preparation Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil (for easy clean up).
3. Spread broccoli florets and peppers evenly on baking sheet and drizzle with oil. (Then use your clean hands to mix it all together).
4. Sprinkle veggies with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the florets look “roasted.”
