  • 2 whole Bell Peppers, Cored And Chopped (I Used 1 Red, 1 Yellow)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

2. Line a baking sheet with foil (for easy clean up).
