Ingredients

  • 2 PKG MUSHROOMS DIFFERENT KINDS BUTTON
  • 1/4 TSP SEA SALT
  • 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  • MILK
  • PARSLY
  • 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
  • 2 TBL BUTTER
  • OLIVE OIL
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC (CRUSHED)
  • 1 CAN CAMBELLS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

Preparation

Step 1

1. SAUTE ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL + BUTTER TILL CLEAR add GARLIC, MUSHROOMS, COOK TILL STARTS TO SHRINK. ADD CHICKEN STOCK, MILK, CAN SOUP. SIMMER TILL DONE ABOUT 20 MINS
