Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
- Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives,
- plus more for serving
- 1 head Boston or Bibb lettuce, leaves torn
- 1 bunch arugula, thick stems discarded and leaves torn
- 1 lb small plum tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 1/2 seedless cucumber, cut into thin half-moons

Step 1
1) In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic, hot sauce and 1/4 tsp pepper; stir in the chives.
2) In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, arugula, tomatoes and cucumbers. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with additional chives, if desired.
