Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 10 cups water
- Chicken Legs
- Ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Cilantro - optional

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except cilantro in slow cooker.
Cook on Low for 8-9 hrs
Cook on High 2-3 hrs before serving.
Serve with sesame oil, soya sauce and/or cilantro
