- 3-4 carrots, thinly sliced or shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- cucumber, thinly sliced
- jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 pkg firm tofu, sliced
- mayo
- hoisin sauce
- sriracha sauce
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds
- daikon radish, thinly sliced
- garlic powder
- 4 demi-baguettes

Step 1
Mix sugar & vinegar with 1 cup 1/2 water, soak carrots and radishes 45 min. Cut up pepper, cilantro, cucumber and onion, toss with soy sauce, set aside. Mix hoisin & sriracha with mayo, set aside. Fry tofu with sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and garlic powder. assemble sandwiches...
