Ingredients
- 2 eggs whites
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Beat in bowl until stiff
- 2 lbs of pecans in a zip lock bag
- Pour in mixture & shake to coat all pecans
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Mix in bowl

Step 1
Pour mixture into bag slowly to cover all pecans
Lay out on cookie sheet (ungreased)
Bake at 270 degrees for 1/2 hour
Flip pecans and continue baking for additional 1/2 hour.
