Ingredients

  • 2 eggs whites
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Beat in bowl until stiff
  • 2 lbs of pecans in a zip lock bag
  • Pour in mixture & shake to coat all pecans
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • Mix in bowl

Preparation

Step 1

Pour mixture into bag slowly to cover all pecans
Lay out on cookie sheet (ungreased)

Bake at 270 degrees for 1/2 hour
Flip pecans and continue baking for additional 1/2 hour.
