Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 tsp. shedds country crock spread butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda

Step 1
Spray cooking sheet and rubber spatula with cooking spray.
In 2 qt. microwavable glass measuring cup or bowl use a wooden spoon to blend sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Microwave at high for 5 minutes. Carefully stir in peanuts and microwave an additional 2 minutes.
Immediately stir in butter, vanilla, and baking soda until foamy. Quickly pour onto prepared cookie sheet, spreading evenly with spatula. Cool and then break into pieces. Store in tightly covered containers.
