Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Rice
  • 6 Cups Lowfat Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Rice and Milk.
Cook until Rice is done.

Beat Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla together.

When rice is done, remove from heat and add the egg mixture slowly so it won't curdle.

Place mixture back on stove for one minute.

Pour in a dish and sprinkle with Nutmeg.

Chill.
