Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 6 cups, plus more as needed, flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixer, beat the eggs, add sugar, oil and vanilla. Add baking
powder, flour and nuts. Remove from mixer and add more flour
until your fingers are NOT sticky. Mold into 9 loves. Put on an
ungreased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
Remove from oven and slice 1/4" slices. Dip into sugar and cinnamon mixture
and put back onto baking sheets. Bake for 45 minutes in a 225° oven. Cool and
put into air tight containers. Freeze well!
