My aunt makes the best pizza crust! She would kill me if I shared, but it needs to go out to the world.

Ingredients

  • 21/2-3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix all the ingredients for 7 min. and set towel over bowl and let dough rise for 45 minutes.

3. Split into two balls and press into lightly oiled pan (you can also put corn meal lightly on the pan).

4. Continue to let rise on pan for 15 min.

5. Then put the crust in the oven for 8 min. to lightly brown the crust.

6. Spread what you would like on the pizza and then cook again for 10-12 min, or until cheese is melted.
