Pumpkin Bread - Staffords Bayview

Ingredients

• 6 TBS butter
• 1 3/4 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 2/3 c pumpkin
• 1/2 c milk
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 5 c flour
• 3/4 c pecans (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over 350'.

1. Mix butter, sugar together. Then add eggs, pumpkin, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.

2. Gradually add flour and nuts.

3. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or 1 greased bundt pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
