Ingredients
- 4-5 medium onions
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 32 oz beef brother
- 20 oz water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup parm cheese
- Shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice onions thinly. Put in big saucepan; melt butter slowly. Cook until onions are soft and golden brown(25 minutes). Add remaining ingredients(except the cheese) and simmer.
Put the parm cheese and shredded cheese on French Bread and broil, then place gently on soup.
