Ingredients
- 4-1/2 4-1/2 4-1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 6 6 6 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 1 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup flour
- 1 1 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 2 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine coconut, chocolate, nuts and flour in large bowl. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
Drop tablespoonfuls of coconut mixture, 2 inches apart, into 60 mounds on parchment-covered baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
