Nutella Mug cake

Sorry cannot remember where I found this but it really hits and demolishes one's craving for sweets when you don't need the WHOLE dessert ... Wendy

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons self-rising flour
• 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons Nutella
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug.
Whisk well with fork until smooth.
Microwave 1 1/2 - 3 minutes (depending on wattage)
Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce if you dare!
