Chicken Florentine Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoninng
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (13.5 oz.) cans spinach, drained
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2/3 cup bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sautee spinach and mushrooms in a little butter and place in bottom of 9 x 9 dish and place uncooked chicken on top, add 1/2 of the sauce and top off with real crumbled bacon and rest of sauce and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and continue baking for 10 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly and lightly browned.
