  • 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tea. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices deli-sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 tea. Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices deli-sliced Swiss cheese

Step 1

In bowl, combine butter and Parmesan cheese.

Spread one side of bread lightly with Parmesan butter. Turn over and top 2 slices of bread with cheddar. Spread with mustard. top with Swiss cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.

Please in non stick skillet over medium-low heat. Cook, turning once, 5-8 minutes per side, or until browned and cheese melts.
