Ingredients
- 1 C. Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 3/4 C All Purpose Flour-unbleached
- 3 C. Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 3/4 C Macadamia Nuts
- 2 C. Butterscotch Chips (12oz)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375` Beat together the butter, salt, baking soda, brown sugar & vanilla. Beat in the eggs, then the flour. Add the oats, nuts & butterscotch chips & mix well. Drop the dough by TBSP onto ungreased cookie sheet & bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until light golden brown. Cool
