4 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
6 Tbsp Milk
6 Tbsp Milk
5 C Powdered Sugar

Step 1

Put Baking Cocoa, Milk & Margarine in large saucepan, bring to a Boil, Add: Vanilla Extract and Powdered Sugar, Spread on Texas Chocolate Cake Brownies while frosting is still hot
