Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 C. Light Brown Sugar-packed
  • 1/2 C. Butter - room temp
  • 1 C. Pecan halves
  • Topping:
  • 2/3 C. Butter
  • 1/2 C. Light Brown Sugar - packed
  • 1 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350`. Combine all crust ingredients except pecans in bowl. Beat at medium speed until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 pan. Place pecans evenly over unbaked crust. Combine 2/3 C butter & 1/2 C. brown sugar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, strring constantly, until entire surface of mixture begins to boil. Boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Pour over pecans & crust. Bake 18-22 minutes. Remove from oven & immediately sprinkle with chips, swirl for marbled effect. Cool & cut into bars.
