1 cupflour
1 cupcornmeal
2/3 cupsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
3 teaspoonsbaking powder
1 egg
1 cupmilk
1/3 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

1 Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.

2 Mix wet ingredients in another bowl; then combine with dry and stir till combined.

3 Pour into ungreased 8x8” pan and bake 20-25 min at 400°F.
