Ingredients
- 4 rhubarb stalks
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c sliced strawberries
- 3 c cold water
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until tender, about 10 mins; strain and return the cooking liquid to the pan. Stir in the water and juice. Pour into a 9" x 13" pan, cover and freeze until solid, about 4 hours. Scrape with a fork.
