Grilled Pork Chops with Nectarines

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
- 3 1/2 tsp EVOO
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 6 oz. bone in center pork chops
- 1/4 kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- cooking spray
- 2 nectarines
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 4 tsp marscapone cheese

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium high heat
Combine thyme, oil and garlic in a small bowl. Rub mixture over pork chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill rack sprayed with cooking spray. Let stand 10 mins.
Cut nectarines in half, discarding pits. Combine sugar, remaining 1/2 tsp oil, cumin and red pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over nectarines evenly. Place on grill rack covered in cooking spray, grilling 5 mins or until tender. Cut into wedges, top evenly with marscarpone cheese. Serve with pork
