Ingredients
- First of all, Grandpa would say you should use charcoal and not gas!
- Warm steak to room temperature.
- Grill over a medium fire.
- Salt, pepper and garlic salt and McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning.
- Cover the grill if available.
- Turn the steak and re-season.
- Cook until done to your liking!
