Ingredients
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked macaroni

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown ground beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat and transfer beef to a crock-pot.
2. Add tomatoes, onion, chili powder, garlic, salt, cumin, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper; mix well.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
4. Stir in Macaroni and cook 1 hour.
