Becky's Beans

These are the beans that Becky Walstad brings to the 4th of July gatherings at Lummi. Always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- • 1 -2 clove garlic, pressed
- • 1 large onion, chopped
- • 1/2 ketchup
- • 3 tablespoons vnegar
- • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- • 1 large can B & M brand baked beans
- • 1 large can pork and beans
- • 2 cans kidney beans
- • 1 large can butter beans
- • 1 pound bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon; drain off all but 1 tablespoons of drippings. Remove bacon, break into pieces and set aside. Lightly fry chopped onions in drippings. Add all other ingredients. Add bacon. Put into casserole dish.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
These are also great cold and freezes well. Best if made the day before and then reheated for serving.
