Ingredients
- 2 3/4 sticks of margarine
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of nuts
- 1 cup of coconut
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- Graham crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Line large shallow pan with graham crackers. Melt 2 sticks of margarine. While still hot add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg -- beaten together. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 1 cup nuts, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and spread over layer of crackers. Put layer of crackers on top. Ice and chill.
For icing:
3/4 stick of margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well and spread over cookies. If too stiff add more milk. Cool & cut into bars.
