Ingredients
- 1 C Sifted Flour
- 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 Egg and
- 1 Egg Yolk
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 C Milk
- Rest 20 Minutes

Step 1
Heat a LITTLE butter in
Crepe pan. Stack them as you
make them; keep them warm
till you use them.
