HEAT CORN OIL IN SKILLET, BROWN PORK. ADD NEXT SIX INGREDIENTS, BRING TO BOIL, SIMMER TEN MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. MIX CORN STARCH AND WATER, ADD TO PORK, ALSO ADD GREEN BELL PEPPERS. BOIL TWO MINUTES STIRRING CONSTANTLY. SERVE OVE RICE. SERVES FOUR.
