Ingredients

    C cubed Italian bread (day-old bread will absorb dressing better, but fresh can be used)

  • 1

    medium garden-fresh tomatoe, seeded and chopped into bite-sized pieces

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2-3

    t red wine vinegar

  • 2

    T extra virgin olive oil

  • 4-5

    basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss gently with spoon Taste to determine seasoning level. Enjoy!
