Lemon Bars

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 stick of margarine
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 egg well beaten
• Then make mixture:
• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
• 1 box confection sugar
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Pour mixture over crust and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
