Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 T butter
• garlic
• onion
• 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
• 14 oz can chopped tomatoes
• 1/4-1/3 c vodka
• heavy cream
• parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic and onion in butter. Add red pepper flakes and tomatoes. Saute and add vodka. Simmer for awhile until it reduces. Add enough cream to turn sauce pink. Simmer until it reduces. Sprinkle with parsley.
