Patty's Wacky Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1/3 c cocoa
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 1/3 c oil
• 1 t vanilla extract
• 1 t vinegar
• 1 c water
• 1 lb confectioners sugar
• 1/2 c margarine, softened
• 1 t vanilla extract
• 3 T milk

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together first 5 ingredients. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. Add in next 3 ingredients. Pour over 1 cup water. Mix together. Pour into a 9x9" pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Mix together frosting ingredients. Spread over cake.
