Ingredients
- 4 oranges
- zest from 2 oranges (julienne)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of grenadine
- 2 tablespoons of apricot brandy
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoons of cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel the oranges and place in a casserole and cover with sugar.
2. Add grenadine and brandy.
3. Add water and bring to a boil, cover and poach for 20 minutes.
4. Arrange oranges on a serving plate.
5. Add zest to juice and boil high for 5 minutes.
6. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch and pour over the oranges.
7. Cool before serving.
