Ingredients
- 3 strips bacon diced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cans (17 oz.) creamed corn
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
- 1 cup diced cooked turkey
- 1 large carrot shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown bacon in a large saucepan, remove and reserve. In drippings saute onion until limp, stir in corn, milk, potatoes,
turkey, carrot, salt and pepper.
Bring just to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes to blend flavors. Sprinkle bacon on just before serving.
