- 2 red apples,
- 2 green apples
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup light, low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup chpped walnuts
- 1/4 cup golden rasins

Preparation
Step 1
Dice apples into bite size pieces, I leave skin ON.
Dice the celery.
Stir together with yogurt, add nuts & raisins.
Serve cold...
FYI: quick brown bag lunch next day/ to die for w/ a cup of cold diced [leftover] chicken stirred in.

Used all Gala apples. Had plain Greek yogurt so I added about 2t. honey and a bit of vanilla. Since I didn't think I had enough of the yogurt I added a small "plop" of Miracle Whip. Toasted almonds, too. Nice refreshing salad. Can't wait to defrost some Costco Rotisserie chicken for lunch tomorrow.
Half of the calories in this come from the nuts, but they add so much texture and crunch, I hesitate to take them out.
