  • 1 lb.Ground Beef
  • 1 c.chopped onion
  • 1 .lb. dry Lasagna
  • 3.3 /4 c.(2lbs) ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c.chopped fresh parsley flakes
  • 1/2 t.ground pepper
  • 1/2 t.oregano
  • 1/2 t.salt
  • 2 c.shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Can of Tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350*
1.In LG. Skillet,cook meat and onion until meat browns;drain.Stir in tomatoes oregano,salt ,pepper.
2.Meanwhile cook pasta according to packages.Drain.
In LG.bowl,stir together ricotta cheese,eggs,parsley,salt and pepper to taste.
3.In 13x9 baking dish;spread 1/4 of the meat sauce;evenly over bottom of pan.Layer one pasta over sauce.Spread 1/3 of ricotta mixture over pasta;sprinkle with 1/3 mozzarella and 1/3 of parmesan cheese,repeat layers of pasta,ricotta mixture,cheeses,and meat sauce.
4.Finish with meat sauce over top layer of pasta completely;sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan cheese cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes Remove foil;bake 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
