Fennel Salad

Ingredients

• 1 * 1 fennel bulb, sliced thinly
• * Knob of frozen ginger
• 3 * 3 green onions, sliced thinly
• 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
• 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon your favourite hot sauce
• 2 * 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 * 2 limes, zested and juiced

Directions

1. Put fennel into a large salad bowl and grate in a teaspoon or so of the ginger. Add green onions, soya sauce, hot sauce, honey and lime zest and juice. Toss well and serve.
