Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 T flour
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 slices crisp/crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 T finely chopped jalapeno petters (canned)
- 9 inch pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk, salt, bacon, pecans and peppers, mixing well. Stir in cheese and flour. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
