Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 T flour
  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 slices crisp/crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 T finely chopped jalapeno petters (canned)
  • 9 inch pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk, salt, bacon, pecans and peppers, mixing well. Stir in cheese and flour. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
