Ingredients

  • 12 oz. pkg. mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips on high in microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes; stir after 1 minute. Stir until smooth; cool slightly.
Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate. Add dry ingredients (except for powdered sugar); stir in remaining chocolate chips. Shape into 1" balls; roll in powdered sugar, coating heavily. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute; remove to wire rack. Store in airtight container.
