Hershey Bar Cake

Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil (or 1/2 cup applesauce & 1/2 cup oil)
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (can use light)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed (can use light)
- 4 Hershey Bars, grated (or 1 LARGE)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cake ingredients together and beat 2 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8" round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until just barely done, about 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
Icing: Mix cream cheese and sugars until smooth and creamy. Fold in Cool Whip and grated chocolate.
