Ingredients

  • ¼

    pound each peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds

  • 2

    tablespoons rosemary

  • ½

    teaspoon cayenne

  • 2

    teaspoons dark brown sugar

  • 2

    teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1

    tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss nuts in large bowl and spread them out on a cookie sheet. Toast for 10 minutes until light golden brown. In large bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown suar, salt and melted butter. Toss warm toasted nuts with spiced butter.
