Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1 1/4 t salt
- 4 1/2 T butter
- 2 envelopes yeast
- 4 1/2 C all purpose flour

Step 1
Scald the milk and mix in sugar, salt and butter. Once incorporated remove from heat.
Add yeast to 3/4 C lukewarm water and dissolve. Once milk mixture is lukewarm combine milk and yeast in bowl of stand mixer fitted with dough hook. On low speed begin to add flour one half at a time allowing to incorporate after each addition.
Once all flour is added, allow mixer to run for one minute then turn out onto floured surface and knead until smooth and sleek. Place in a buttered bowl, brush with melted butter and place in a warm place to raise for 50 minutes or until doubled in size.
Punch down and form into any size roll you desire, place back in a warm place to raise again for 40 minutes.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 400 degree convection oven or 425 standard oven.
