Ingredients
- Garlic Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- Spicy Sauce:
- 2/3 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup chilli sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershir sauce
- 1 tsp relish
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cognac
