Ingredients

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes, 1 cup sugar or more (to taste), 1/3 cup milk, 1 stick butter, 1 running over teaspoon vanilla, dash of salt, 2 eggs. TOPPING: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter, 1/3 cup flour, 1 cup pecan pieces, 1 cup coconut (optional).

Step 1

Add all ingredients for the casserole and pour into a greased casserole dish. Mix all ingredients for Topping and sprinkle over top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until nice and brown.
