Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 1 lb. ground poultry or meat
  • 1 15 oz. Can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. Sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp green or red (which I prefer) pepper
  • Grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat, pour off fat, stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat. Cook noodles as directed. Drain. Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion and green pepper. Lay half of noodles in bottom of casserole, cover with cheese mixture, and remaining noodles. Top with meat mixture and sprinkle parmesan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
