Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Fresh lemon juice and a little rind
- 2 tbsp. Water
- 1 tbsp. Salad oil
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken pieces in mixture. Turn once. Place chicken, cavity side up, in foil-lined pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, turn chicken, add remaining marinade, sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until browned and tender.
